A: BBC will only present coverage of half the seasons races, and highlights of them all.

Q: Will the practise and qualifying sessions only be on the red button?
A: No, the new Sky Sports F1 HD dedicated channel will show all sessions live.

Q: Who will be the F1 presenters in the 2012 season?
A: Simon Lazenby, Steve Rider, Georgie Thompson and Martin Bundle.

Q: Will the F1 Channel be available in 3D?
A: The 2012 season will not be broadcast in 3D, however future seasons may be.

Q: Can I see the Sky Sports F1 channel on Freeview, Freesat or any other Pay TV providers?
A: No, the channel will not be available to these customers.
